Yoga for Writers
Oh friends, couldn't we all use a little bit of peace and calm this week (and every week)? I am wishing you some deep belly-breaths, soothing stretches, and a moment of mindfulness in what feels like constant chaos. One place where it's usually chaotic is inside a writer's brain, amirite? So many ideas and words float around then bubble to the surface, only to dive back down into the dark depths and hide themselves again. I always have several writing (& editorial) projects g
